Destiny

23-year-old Finlay must take on her mentor’s role as the keeper of a book. She must keep it away from assassins coming to kill her mentor. In a desperate situation, the mentor rapidly speeds up Finlay’s training by telling her why the book is so important. By taking on the role as the Keeper of the Book, Finlay has to confront her fears of losing her mentor like she lost his parents.

That is the synopsis of the film. This was an ambitious collegiate capstone short film and my first project as Director and Writer. What originally started as a Biblical allegory of Paul and Timothy as Paul passes the torch to Timothy, became a fantasy action/adventure with Wizards and Assassins.
